If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us to arrange a return. Returned products must be sent back to us in the original packaging and be clearly marked with the customer details and order number so we can reconcile it in our system.

Faulty products must be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Outside of 30 days a replacement product will be offered. If a product is damaged or faulty, we will refund the product cost and the return postage to the customer.

Unwanted items must be returned within 30 days, however we will not refund the postage cost for unwanted items.
