At Andrew James, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Whether you're stocking up on kitchen essentials or treating yourself to something new, we've got a delivery option to suit you.

Orders under £40

Standard Delivery: £3.99

Next Day Delivery: £5.99

Orders over £60

Enjoy FREE Standard Delivery or FREE Next Day Delivery, depending on the delivery option you choose at checkout.

Next Day Delivery

To qualify for Next Day Delivery, please place your order before 2pm.

Monday – Thursday (before 2pm): Delivered the next working day.

Friday (before 2pm): Delivered on Monday.

Friday after 2pm and weekend orders: Delivered on Tuesday.

UK Bank Holidays: Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered two working days later.

Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an email confirming your estimated delivery date.

Large & Bulky Items

Some larger products, including our BBQ range and other bulky items, are not eligible for Next Day Delivery. For these orders, our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Knife Sets

Knife sets are delivered separately via UPS and require a signature upon delivery. If you've ordered a knife set alongside other products, your knife set will be sent separately using Standard Delivery, while the rest of your order will be dispatched according to your selected delivery option.

The Scottish Highlands | Northern Ireland | The Channel Islands

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only and are unable to ship internationally. We're always looking at ways to expand our delivery service, so we hope to offer this in the future.

Delivery Information

Deliveries are typically made between 8:00am and 10:00pm.

Some deliveries may require a signature. If no one is available to receive your parcel and there isn't a safe place to leave it, the courier will leave instructions explaining how to rearrange delivery.

During checkout, you can provide delivery instructions (for example, "Leave with neighbour"). Please note that Andrew James cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen after being left in accordance with your requested delivery instructions.

Please note that all estimated delivery times exclude weekends and UK Bank Holidays.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our distribution centre, we'll send you a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
