Ingredients: 

- 250g mascarpone cheese 

- 300ml double cream 

- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar 

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

- 200ml strong coffee (freshly brewed and cooled) 

- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional) 

- 24-30 ladyfinger biscuits 

- Cocoa powder, for dusting 

  

Instructions: 

  

1. Prepare the Coffee: 

   - Using the Andrew James Coffee Grinder, grind your favorite coffee beans until you have a fine powder. 

   - Brew a strong cup of coffee using the freshly ground coffee beans and allow it to cool to room temperature. You can also add coffee liqueur for an extra kick of flavor. 

  

2. Whip the Mascarpone Cream: 

   - In a large bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, double cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. 

   - Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture until it becomes thick and creamy. Be careful not to overmix. 

  

3. Assemble the Tiramisu: 

   - Dip each ladyfinger biscuit into the cooled coffee mixture for a few seconds, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy. 

   - Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfinger biscuits in the bottom of a serving dish or individual glasses. 

   - Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the layer of biscuits, using a spatula to smooth it out evenly. 

   - Repeat the process with another layer of soaked ladyfinger biscuits followed by the remaining mascarpone cream mixture. 

  

4. Chill and Serve: 

   - Cover the Tiramisu with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld together and the dessert to set. 

   - Before serving, dust the top of the Tiramisu with cocoa powder for a classic finishing touch.
