Grilled Vegetable Platter with Homemade Dips 

Ingredients: 

  • Assorted vegetables (such as bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes), sliced 

  • Olive oil 

  • Salt and pepper 

  • Fresh herbs for garnish 

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat the Andrew James Raclette Grill. 

  2. Brush the sliced vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Instructions: 

  1. Thread alternating pieces of steak and shrimp onto the skewers. 

  2. Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 

  3. Grill the skewers on the Andrew James Raclette Grill until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the shrimp are pink and opaque.

Ingredients: 

  • Ripe peaches, halved and pitted 

  • Olive oil

Instructions:
