The grooved side of the griddle pan is designed to allow excess fats and oils to drain away from your food as it cooks, providing a healthier alternative to traditional frying methods. The pan also offers excellent temperature control, with the flat side ideal for low-temperature cooking and the ridged side perfect for high-temperature grilling.

Superior Enamel Coating

Our griddle pan features a high-quality enamel coating, which provides a nonstick surface that protects the cast iron core from rust. Unlike traditional vegetable oil coatings, the enamel does not require pre-seasoning, making the pan easier to use and maintain. Simply wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge or cloth. The enamel coating also allows you to lightly grease the surface with oil or butter to enhance the flavor of your food and further prevent sticking.

To qualify for Next Day Delivery, please place your order before 2pm.

Monday – Thursday (before 2pm): Delivered the next working day.

Friday (before 2pm): Delivered on Monday.

Friday after 2pm and weekend orders: Delivered on Tuesday.

UK Bank Holidays: Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered two working days later.

Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an email confirming your estimated delivery date.

Large & Bulky Items

Some larger products, including our BBQ range and other bulky items, are not eligible for Next Day Delivery. For these orders, our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Knife Sets

Knife sets are delivered separately via UPS and require a signature upon delivery. If you've ordered a knife set alongside other products, your knife set will be sent separately using Standard Delivery, while the rest of your order will be dispatched according to your selected delivery option.

Some deliveries may require a signature. If no one is available to receive your parcel and there isn't a safe place to leave it, the courier will leave instructions explaining how to rearrange delivery.

During checkout, you can provide delivery instructions (for example, "Leave with neighbour"). Please note that Andrew James cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen after being left in accordance with your requested delivery instructions.
