Benefits of slow cooking

The slow cooker benefits from low energy consumption compared with conventional ovens, saving you money and reducing your energy usage. The slow cooker is ideal for professional and amateur cooks as you do not have to worry about overcooking your food; you can see how your meal is coming along with the glass slow cooker lid. Crock pot slow cookers feature removable inner ceramic bowl retains the heat making it ideal for transporting the food straight to the table ready for serving. Using a slow cooker

The slow cooker temperature has three power settings, High for quick cooking over 4 to 5 hours, Low for slow cooking over 8 to 9 hours and an Auto setting which starts on high and automatically reduces to low, once temperature is reached making it ideal for frozen food.

Next Day Delivery

To qualify for Next Day Delivery, please place your order before 2pm.

Monday – Thursday (before 2pm): Delivered the next working day.

Friday (before 2pm): Delivered on Monday.

Friday after 2pm and weekend orders: Delivered on Tuesday.

UK Bank Holidays: Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered two working days later.

Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an email confirming your estimated delivery date.

Large & Bulky Items

Some larger products, including our BBQ range and other bulky items, are not eligible for Next Day Delivery. For these orders, our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Knife Sets

Knife sets are delivered separately via UPS and require a signature upon delivery. If you've ordered a knife set alongside other products, your knife set will be sent separately using Standard Delivery, while the rest of your order will be dispatched according to your selected delivery option.

Some deliveries may require a signature. If no one is available to receive your parcel and there isn't a safe place to leave it, the courier will leave instructions explaining how to rearrange delivery.

During checkout, you can provide delivery instructions (for example, "Leave with neighbour"). Please note that Andrew James cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen after being left in accordance with your requested delivery instructions.
